Ms. Numera Anum is an Architectural Engineer and Urban Planning Professional with 11+ years of experience in municipal infrastructure design, urban mobility, solid waste management, and city comprehensive planning. She has worked with ADB, AIIB, multinational consultancies, and local government, including served as Deputy Director (Urban Planning) at PICIIP.
A Fulbright Hubert H. Humphrey Fellow at MIT, she currently serves as SRA Housing under PAHP, contributing to climate‑resilient, green, and affordable housing design for low‑income communities. Her work is essential to creating equitable urban development across the province.
